What is the difference between +ppa-packages and +archive/ppa?

https://edge.launchpad.net/~launchpad shows a link in the list at top for 'PPA packages' which leads to an empty page. In the body of the page is a section "Personal package archives" with an entry that leads to +archive/ppa which is populated.
