Bug Description
When reviewing via email, what I do is to basically annotate the changes
being made with comments.
The web interface for doing this is currently to use a text field: so
its a bit like my email client, but with less screen real estate and a
bit harder to work with.
It would be awesome if instead, online, I could click in a changed line
and write some prose about it [this could get sent out to the review
thread as

Online this could also be shown as {robert said "x y ..."} adjacent to
the changes. Or something.

btw, github has this since ages and they do not even advertise code review features. I am disappointed that this has a low priority, it seems like a very essential feature for code reviews in my projects and I miss it dearly very often.
