The pagetest xx-copy-packages.txt uses sample data to copy packages, but needs to be replaced with the SoyuzTestPublisher to avoid inconsistent results.

Currently copying a sample data package (such as pmount), and including the binaries in the copy, can result in a new package that includes a build (which should not be included as the binaries were copied).
