Triple textfields for translated text in most Polish templates

This happens all packages I've encountered, here with Alacarte it appears with all strings, but in most it happens very often as well (5%-30% of all strings). It's very confusing, especially when there's a singular and plural version to translate (two fields required but there are three, so where to put the appropriate translations?).

This is confusing and annoying. I hope this is fixed ASAP. Thanks in advance.
