Bugs relating to an inactive project should no longer be shown

Bug Description
When a project is made inactive, the bugs relating to the projects still appear in my own personal bug listing. However, when I click on those bugs, I get a "lost something" page because the project is inactive. So, either the bugs should not appear under my personal bug listing or I should be able to see bugs relating to inactive projects.
