You don't see a need to disambiguate 'here is some blather you are probably going to ignore unless you are a newbie' and 'here is some information to communicate to you'?

I know we need this level in the logging system to allow us to better tune verbosity levels, but if it doesn't translate to UI land we can remove it happily.
