Comment 3 for bug 36059

Ubuntu's Mozilla Team uses "In Progress" to mean Not For Us. Interesting rationale:

<mpt> so you'd be able to use "Not For Us" instead of "In Progress" for bugs that you weren't actually ever going to fix yourself
