Ok, as of Kiko's request I verified this bug on staging, and as I can see - it's still there.

Notice that the whiteboard input contains a carriage return and a link, but when saving and then visiting:
https://staging.ubuntu.com/distros/ubuntu/+spec/do-not-use

You can see that the whiteboard still ignores both CRs and links.
