When LP provides a system error, it doesn't provide any hint as to what went wrong but still asks the user to file a bug.
I suspect that it should either:
1) Automatically report the bug itself and say that it has done so.
2) Provide information as to what to report.
3) Indicate that all we need to give is date and time and that the rest of the information will be retrieved from a debug log.
In this case we're looking at 3566/3569, where it asks us (jbailey & doko) to report a bug despite the fact that we have no idea what went wrong. It feels frustrating to report a bug that says "doesn't work" with no additional information.
