Bug Description
I created a new spec. Requested for it to be reviewed by a person. Review was conducted. It seems that there is currently no way to know about such events wrt a spec, other then searching for the spec in launchpad and checking its status in the spec's page.
Specification Tracker should email notify parties in such events, as well as one events as described in https:/
