I mean "Editing the summary is impossible". Apparently it tries to use the flashy ajax version but the browser bugs prevent it from working correctly.

Falling back to the plain old form would be an acceptable fix, I think.

However, I just noticed that this only affects the little edit icon right in the bug title (which turns the bug title into an edit text in FF3 when clicked). When using the "Update description / tags" link further below instead, I'm correctly taken to the separate edit page. So the edit page is not completely unreachable :-) but similar problems might appear in other ajaxified links, and also it's certainly not nice to have a "dead link" up there.
