Bug Description

From <http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=105280>: "I got my GPG key generated and uploaded to the server. I've got the key on Launchpad. I go to sign the code of conduct and I read it. Then I get to the next page where it wants me to sign it, but I have no idea what it wants me to enter. Can someone clue me in?"

To fix this, the form for signing the code should be on the same page as the code, and it should include exact instructions about copying, pasting, saving, and clearsigning.

I've added an entry to the FAQ (not yet in production) which explains how to
sign the Code of Conduct. There's also a link from the +sign page to the FAQ.

I think that won't work very well. It really needs to be on the same page as the code.

I've fixed this exact problem. The workflow still sucks, though, so I've reported bug 34056 and bug 34059.
