At the moment, if you send an email to a Launchpad bug containing a series of commands, such as:
affects malone
status triaged
importance high
... and so on, but don't include a comment, those commands will show up as a comment on the bug.
What should happen instead is that the commands are carried out and then a normal bug change notification gets issued, sans the commands as written in the email. The commands shouldn't appear as a comment and they shouldn't be sent out with the change notification, since we're effectively sending the same email out twice and stopping Launchpad from batching the notifications up.
