Timeout when linking a branch to a bug

When trying to link the branch https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~gmb/launchpad/remove-upstreamreport-warning-bug-306987 to bug 306987 I got a timeout, OOPS-1075ED150. The link succeeded on the second attempt.
