User should be asked for confirmation when team admin adds him/her to a team

Bug Description
Tested with a "Restricted Team"
When a new member is added by the team administrator by clicking "Add member" link on team page, member is straight away approved without even asking the user for his/her confirmation that he/she actually wants to be added to the team or not.
