Actually, sf.net-style bugtrackers do have support. However, it appears that developer.berlios.de is slightly different from the official sf.net -- for one, the actual URL for a bug in Berlios doesn't include an atid parameter, whereas all sf.net bugs do. This means we'll need to write and maintain specific code for Berlios.
