I was at http://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-devel-announce/2006-January/000054.html and saw a link:

I clicked it, and it took me to a page showing the following:

So I reported it here, like it asked me to.

I immediately visited the same URL in a new tab and it was fine. I then refreshed the error page, and that worked too, displaying the expected 'report a bug' page.
