We are categorising bug reports by source package name rather than binary package name.

The "libc6" binary package is produced from the "glibc" source package. You can verify this on your system with the following command:
  apt-cache show libc6 | grep ^Source:

It would be a good idea to make it easier to file a bug report based on a binary package name though.
