We have to start exposing PPAs via Person.

Then we should probably expose `ArchiveSourcePublication` objects, containing:
 * source dsc fields;
 * builds;
 * source files;
 * dsc_signing_key;
 * upload_record;
 * publishing details;
 * binary publications:
   * control fields;
   * publishing details.
