Comment 0 for bug 2601

As an upstream maintainer downloading translations from Rosetta, I often want to download just those translations that have changed; there's no point in me downloading a bunch of translations that are identical to the ones in my package.

The "Download translations" page (e.g. https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/breezy/+sources/man-db/+pots/man-db/+export) should offer a radio button for this common case, rather than making the maintainer remember from the previous page which translations have changed and check each of them individually.
