This is really cumbersome and quite easy to fix, either by providing a single "All" checkbox, or a link below the list of checkboxes, which would check them all (when JS is enabled, if not, it would reload the page with all entries selected - or provide a "All" checkbox for the non-JS case).
Think about it: the earlier you fix this, the less users are forced to click 10 checkboxes, if they want to search all bugs.
