Actually the affordance probably wants addressing across the UI here - there's a big mix of structures being used just on this page.

"Mark as duplicate" is set aside from the other actions in that area and has a different icon, fair enough, but convert to a question doesn't, despite not fitting the "+" icon well. The other two actions there are both "adding" in a way.

Some edit links precede the information line, some follow, some have titles, some don't.

Of course the consistency needs to stay with the current UI, presumably the icons are part of a set and some other appropriate icons might be useful?

Compare the "public information" part to the "subscription" part; they should mirror one another really IMO, they're analogous functions. I'd rewrite the subscription part to start with the icon (as the "Edit bug mail" line does below it, maybe "[icon] Edit subscription: not subscribed." and the public/private status then could be "[icon] Edit privacy: public information."

Argh, now I'm not sure why the "Edit bug mail" links is there, isn't it doing the same as the line above it, why does it open a new page whilst the others open modals?
