In mpt/launchpad/2008-2.0-7-hierarchy, getting to Launchpad's front page is difficult if you are not in the Overview tab. Clicking "Launchpad" goes to the front page for that application, and at that point there is no "Overview" tab to click. Clicking the next best thing, the "Register" button, goes not to Launchpad's front page but to <http://launchpad.dev/projects>. From there, clicking "Launchpad" again finally goes to Launchpad's front page.

This isn't critical, since the front page isn't useful at all for logged-in users. But it's still important, especially for visitors who arrive from a deep link to a bug report etc.

One way to fix it is by replacing the application buttons with application tabs on the application front pages. That way, getting to the front page would require at most two clicks rather than three.
