As noted in today's team meeting, one reason users may be emailing feedback@launchpad.net to unsubscribe from bug mail is because the instructions on how to do this are automatically collapsed when using gmail. We know from experience that we have a large volume of users that use gmail. While we have considered this a feature, it may in fact be preventing the people we are actually targeting to understand how to unsubscribe because they simple do not see the message. |
