Hi,

By default, the apt sources.list entries on the PPA page are for the development release of Ubuntu (for now Intrepid). This confuse some users that copy/paste this lines without checking the distribution, and install Intrepid packages in Hardy installation (we already have this case with the AWN PPA).

In my opinion, this lines should be by default the current stable release because :
1) Most of users have the current stable release.
2) Lambda users or users with less knowledge about Ubuntu stuff just copy/paste the lines, and don't check the distribution. And, this type of users are affected by the 1)
3) Users using others releases have enough knowledge to be carefull when using PPA. It's the case if they use development release, and if they use version under the current stable release, I don't think they want to use PPA.
