Could you explain us a bit why do you think it's needed?

For instance, with Spanish translations, es_ES, es_AR or es_MX are more or less the same and thus they use the 'es' language. That way the team has more translators and they try to use the most common terms so all people understands the translations.

Of course, we also have the pt_PT vs. pt_BR that both are Portuguese but they don't share as much terms as Spanish and it's really difficult to understand each others with a common translation.

Could you try to tell us in which case is the Tibetan translation?
