Bug Description
I cannot set my own Merge Proposals to "Rejected".
I believe this would be useful when a user wants to abandon a Merge Proposal (for whatever reason) but still wants to keep it for documentation purposes, regardless of whether they are a "trusted reviewer" of the target branch.
For context: I tried to reject my MP [1], both from the UI and the email interface. I don't see the option available in the UI and the email interface gave me an error (OOPS-3c9762925f1cde10361236df0a06381f).
