If so, do they refer to the Launchpad comment number or the remote bug tracker comment number (when talking about imported comments)? When we push comments back to remote bug trackers it could get a bit confusing for people to refer to "comment #1": Is that Launchpad comment #1 or remote bug tracker comment #1? and so on.
