Bug Description

I just reported a bug. The notification I received ended with: "You received this bug notification because you are a direct subscriber of the bug."

Ideally, this would instead say "You reported this bug."
Next best would be for it to say "You are subscribed to this bug report."

* "You received this bug notification because" is redundant -- if a reason is given, it will be obvious that it's the reason for you receiving the notification, not the reason for anything else.
* Launchpad should recognize that I'm the reporter, not just any old subscriber.
* Failing that, I think the term "direct subscriber" is jargon that needn't appear in the UI. Someone is either subscribed to a bug report, subscribed to the software that the report is filed against, or not subscribed at all.
* "Subscriber to" would be more grammatical than "subscriber of".
* I'm not subscribed to the bug itself (which would be very strange), I'm subscribed to the bug report.

The description of this bug suggests a lot of different alternatives.

This patch implements one easy option. Completely untested though. Please review the patch to see if this will make the text look acceptable.
