Comment 0 for bug 1947651

Hi,

Just noticed while filing LP:1947650, suspended accounts such as "(Repelis" (https://launchpad.net/~moviesplaysite) show up in the "May be notified". Being suspended, I don't think they'll *ever* be notified so I think it makes sense to only show active accounts/users.
