https://launchpad.net/~leok/+karma currently shows "19 minutes ago" "New Bug Filed", so karma updates do seem to be working. I might well be missing something, but I can't find any bug comments from you between 2021-03-04 and the bug you just filed here. Can you point to a specific action you expected to show up in karma that didn't?
