This is a highly subjective opinion, and still not actionable. Please stop. I'm using the Won't Fix status instead to prevent reopening.

It is possible that the icon set will be changed at some point based on the Vanilla framework, but if that does happen it won't be based on how much the icons look like cakes to a single user, healthy or otherwise.
