Bug Description
Somehow similar to bug #1638333, but with more fine grained details.
I'd like to be able to register webhooks for a specific source package in the archive and/or in a specific PPA to get notified of build events (new build started, build successful, build failed).
My use case is monitoring the various builds of packages I maintain (mostly chromium-browser, firefox and thunderbird) in a central place (I often have many builds going in different places to prepare releases, to test patches, for beta builds, etc…).

This would be useful for posting build status to GitHub for PPA recipes in the same way Travis does after a PR.
