Bug Description
I would like LP to have a webhook for when an archive gets a new binary package published into the archive. The use-case for me is to have a snap build when an archive is updated.
Specifically what I'm trying to do right now is get a Unity8 snap that builds when a silo updates as we have many branches that are working on getting that snap operating. If the silo updates, or the phone stable overlay archive updates, I would like to have a new snap to work with.
99% of my use-case could be taken care of by having snaps trigger on archive updates, but I think that a webhook would provide more flexibility to do complex operations.
