Comment 1 for bug 181766

I'm landing a patch now for this bug, however it will not include the RFC 5064 or footer Archived-At links, since we're still in discussions about the exact format of these urls. I still intend to close this issue when the branch lands, and we'll address the draft RFC separately once the format is agreed upon.
