Expected results: Returned json blob contains a valid packageupload_link

Actual results: packageupload_link is null.

Eg, on this page:

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/indicator-network/+publishinghistory

If you expand version 0.9.0+17.04.20161205.1-0ubuntu1, it shows it was copied from [0] so we expect that copy to be listed in the packageupload_link in the API but it isn't.
