Will not find
FirsnameLastname
Searching for a user who made an error in their display name by (let's just say) omitting a space in between the two (could also be dashes or underscores), Launchpad's search function is not able to find and display this user. Please check if there is a way to make the search a little smarter.

As a workaround, you can use a search term like
(Firstname AND Lastname) OR FirstnameLastname
There is also a NOT operator, with the obvious meaning.
(only uppercase AND / OR / NOT are recognized as logical operators.)
