Search for wrongly-split name doesn't find the unsplit one (e.g. "Van Dine" > "VanDine")

1. In a bug report, click "Subscribe someone else".
2. In the search field, enter "ken van dine".

What happens: "No items matched 'ken van dine'."

What should happen: Ken VanDine is returned as a result.

Bug 29227 and bug 28975 are vaguely related.
