[urgent] Problems in reporting bugs

When I'm trying to report a bug (I click the "report bug" link or type: "+filebug"), instead of beeing redirected to the bug report form, I'm beeing every time redirected to the help page with explains how to do that (with is unessecary because I already know it)

Please fix it asap. Thanks

The help page you were redirected to includes instructions (under "Filing bugs at Launchpad.net") on bypassing the redirect on occasions when you need to do so.

@colin watson: the problem is that the form didn't apeared and I got redirected directly to following site: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs

if I may suggest a solution, please do that the "+filebug?no-redirect" is set as default instead of "+filebug" and add a spparate link to the quoted by me in post #2 URL to help

The current setup is deliberate in order to encourage more bugs to be
filed in a way that gives developers more data; bypassing the
redirection by default would make the whole thing futile.

But there is a catch... Apport won't collect the data if the problem the user want to report is general matter and not package specific
