I think you should not make a choice on who gets the credits in your synthesis.
Otherwise a small list of 10 people is soon a way to make propaganda or forge a status/an anti-status to some people (read my mind... I see).
You should just add the link with the number of contributors,
and then on the linked page, add many sorting choices :
- lexicographic (sorry for Chinese names, etc., there are ways (with transliteration or an order on ideograms) but it will not be clear for everyone how it is sorted),
- first contribution,
- last contribution,
- number of contributions,
- something else?
