Here's what we'll do:

 * show only the 10 most recent contributors in the portlet
 * link to the overview page for the PO file with the text "See all N contributors" (https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/hoary/+sources/gnome-panel/+pots/gnome-panel-2.0/cy/)
