QueueItemsView.calculateOldBinaries is the problem here. It passes all of the BinaryPackageNames through to BinaryPackageNameSet.getNotNewByNames verbatim, without following the usual ddeb ancestry rules.

It may be worth killing off getNotNewByNames and replacing it with a call to the new unified override adapters.
