Bug Description
1. On a bug report, choose "Mark as duplicate".
2. In the form, enter "bug 1398617" and press Enter.
What happens: Red text appears, "bug_id: got 'unicode', expected int: u'bug 1398617'"
What should happen: Any non-numeric characters should be ignored.
