Bug Description
Launchpad has a feature which marks a bug as a duplicate of another. When it asks you for the bug number it is not forgiving and errs on including a space or "Bug #" in the field. This bug requests that the field be more forgiving, allowing the user to enter the following for example:
"Bug #000000"
"bug 000000"
"#000000"
"000000 "

We've got a fix in the current release for whitespace handling, but I agree it would be nice to not choke over the other forms, too.
