I can't see see how to attach files to a bug report. All I can see is the "Web link" action, not quite what's needed to equal Bugzilla's functionality/
There is about 20-25% of the Ubuntu bugs, in average, that come with an attachment, which says a lot. A screenshot or log file is often worth a thousand words. If people can't attache files to the bugs that call for it, it's likely that said bugs simply won't get filed anymore ! So it's immensely counter productive...
