With the immutable urls I agree, of course, but i dont see an easy way....
Its not appiling for an user to change an username, for what ever reason, and then still see it on his/her OpenID account at LP.
Can the old username and new username url/id be linked or redirected in some way?
I'm not sure if OpenID supports the likes of 301 http redirects.
