Distribution source package release pages, such as <https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-lokkit/0.50.22-7.1>, have only the "Overview" tab available.

Distribution source package releases might conceivably have Code, but they will never have enough Bugs or Answers to be worth aggregating, and they will never have any Blueprints or Translations. Therefore, the hierarchy navigation (location bar) is going too deep. It should go only as far as the distribution source package.
