I was adding a new project to the bazaar project group today and I
noticed that I was having to set its +launchpad usage exactly the same
as 'bzr' has - it would be good if that could be done for the whole
project group.

Currently https://launchpad.net/bazaar/+edit allows one to choose an
external bug tracker, but not to choose malone for the entire group, nor
to enable 'answers' support etc.
