Because Launchpad i sopen source now (yay!), somebody could download revision 8999 and set up a local instance as described in http://bazaar.launchpad.net/%7Elaunchpad-pqm/launchpad/devel/annotate/head%3A/doc/localdomain-setup.txt

However, that seems like a fair amount of of pain for uncertain gains, so if there are dumps of the problematic pre-revision 9000 pages on somebody's disk (Paul?) uploading those here would be a good thing.
