Launchpad should be able to automatically reboot a machine after applying updates, instead of simply alerting that it requires a reboot.

Launchpad currently reports when a computer requires a reboot after applying updates, however this alert is delayed by some minutes following upgrades and there is no option to request an automatic reboot after applying upgrades.

In many situations, users patching security issues would like to simply reboot when completed. By way of example, this option is available from the unattended-upgrades package.
